CHANGE LIES IN OUR DNA.
Valérie Henzen founded minds & heart in 2022. For the past 15 years, Valérie has worked in marketing, branding and live communications. She has a background in hotel management and a degree in marketing. Most recently, Valérie was responsible for all marketing activities of Switzerland’s largest media title as Chief Marketing Officer and member of the Executive Board of 20 Minuten. The focus was on brand management, community building, market transformation, and employee and organizational development.
